When there is an issue in our relationships, we encourage each other to talk about it. We take care to plead our innocence, to argue, to coax, to use the most effective words, even to not mince our words. Sri Sri Ravishanker, the exponent of The Art of Living, points out that silence can be a better tool in defusing the tension. Our silence can scream our innocence. By just being silent, we can communicate trust and love.

When we are silent, we think clearly and the strong volatile emotions might drain away making way for peace. We are able to see the situation in a better way. Very often, that itself resolves the issue. Many couples report that they communicate better and touch each others souls by being silent.

Many achieve greater intimacy through silence. You just sit in your favorite room with your beloved. You are in no hurry to rush to that posh hotel or to reserve your seats for that show or movie. You both sit down comfortably. You may be sitting in two different corners of the room and might be involved in different activities. But still you might feel an uncanny sense of connection and romantic intimacy.

You may also use such rare moments of silence to touch and really feel the warm skin of your lover’s palms, the softness of their cheeks and earlobes and the smoothness and thickness of the soles of their feet.

In his ground breaking booklet and CD, Getting in the Gap ; Making Conscious Contact with God Through Meditation, Dr. Wayne Dyer introduces a new technique of meditation in which we become aware of the fact that there is a silent space between our thoughts. It has been said that we all have 60,000 separate thoughts everyday. There is this constant ceaseless turbulent chatter that always goes on in our minds.

The warehouse of thoughts.

Sometime back (I don't remember when), I stored an article on the power of thoughts in my desk top. It has been lying there unnoticed till now. It now beckoned me to read it and here I am writing a blog post based on it.

Have we ever wondered where were the thoughts before they entered our head? And what happens to them once they leave our mind?

Every thought that comes into our head comes from the warehouse of all thoughts- the universal mind. When we are done with a thought it goes back out to the universal mind that is the storage and distribution center of every thought that exists.

So, what does this theory imply?

Every thought that has ever been thought is available to you. When you think up an original thought, it is actually a thought already in existence that you have put your unique perspective on. That thought leaves your arena of thinking and joins the data bank of all thought, the universal mind.

How do we use them productively?
That is very simple really; just pay attention on thoughts that give us a joyful emotion. That is enough to manifest them in our life experience.

Just think about this ability that we possess and use daily.

Do you appreciate this amazing resource you tap into during almost every waking moment of your life? Are you conscious of this storehouse of knowledge that you can access on a moment's notice? And here's the great part of this equation. This ability you possess requires no effort on your part to manifest it.

But you must be conscious of what you are thinking. Otherwise, the 60,000 thoughts that come into our head daily gets no attention and disintegrate and also pollute the warehouse of thoughts. And they again enter the heads of others-the unconscious thinkers called sleep walker.

Do you realize your responsibility now? Yes, you and I play a big role in the shaping up of the planet earth.

Do you know that some of the thoughts that come to us have passed through people like Hitler, Genghis Kahn and Mussolini, as well as Einstein, Jesus and Plato.

Franco is sent by God on a mission. Since he is sent by God, he is clear in his mission. He first came and knocked at my door and asked me if I can be his friend.

I always tell 'YES' to life and we became friends. Then, he invited me to his home and showed me what he is going to do about his mission. He allowed me to read his writing that he has done. When I told him I liked many of his works, he smiled and told me that others too will visit his home if they are looking for it.

I am happy to share a joke here that God has written.

"I urgently needed a few days off work, but, I knew the Boss would not allow me to take leave. I thought that maybe if I acted 'Crazy', then he would tell me to take a few days off. So, I hung upside-down on the ceiling and made funny noises.

My co-worker (who's blonde) asked me what I was doing.

I told her that I was pretending to be a light bulb so that the Boss might think I was 'Crazy' and give me a few days off.

A few minutes later the Boss came into the office and asked, 'What in the name of good GOD are you doing?'

I told him I was a light bulb.

He said, 'You are clearly stressed out. Go home and recuperate for a couple of days.'

I jumped down and walked out of the office...

When my co-worker (the blonde) followed me, the Boss asked her, '…And where do you think you're going?!'

She said, 'I'm going home too. I can't work in the dark.'

Power of Silence-part 1.

Most of us are not very comfortable with silence. A few of us are terrified by silence and try our best to avoid it. There are those who cannot tolerate even one moment of forced silence in a theatre or a cinema caused by something like power failure and they immediately fill those silent moments with their shrill catcalls and their charged expletives.

The powerful audio player in your car must always be talking or singing or shouting, even if you find its talk most unpleasant. And yes, you hate being alone, especially, being alone in silence. You rush to turn on the TV and fill your mind with that dashy news reader’s voice and immediately you feel immense gratitude to him, for without his voice filling your room and your mind, you would have felt so lonely. You can easily forget that profound observation made by Blaise Pascal: “All man’s miseries derive from not being able to sit quietly in a room alone.”

You are talking to your friend and then you momentarily run out of words and there is this embarrassing moment of silence. Luckily, your friend rescues you both by quickly rising to the occasion and filling that silent unbearable moment with senseless chatter.

We are constantly urged to express ourselves, to speak up, to communicate, to verbalize, to sing. We cannot even conceive of silence as a mode of communication. The very idea might sound ludicrous.

Whenever I write about stress, its causes and ways to de-stress, it was read by more than usual number of people. So it seems the planet earth is heavily burdened by stress filled inhabitants.

Without fully aware what their stress is causing to fellow human beings and even to plants and animals, we all continue to put ourselves under unprovoked stress. By unprovoked, I mean no external forces are the real cause for the stress but our own thoughts.

Every spiritual master says that poverty is unnatural. I have to come believe it completely through more reading and following certain actions.

Have you by chance ever wondered what exactly the difference between rich and poor? Ok, let me re-phrase the question. What is the first thing to do towards getting wealthier?

Change the way you think, act and talk. Mainly the way you think is what you literally create in your outer world.

If you want to be fully wealthy, you must be rich in your thoughts first and that should reflect in your speech and actions.

You might ask why and how?

Whether you are aware or not, please know that your environment affects your consciousness. I mean everything that you see around you will subconsciously impress upon you the idea of poverty or wealth.

When you keep signs of abundance in your environment, your subconscious mind will be constantly impressed with the idea of supply and abundance. By causing yourself to feel abundance, you will perpetuate the conditions of abundance in your reality.

The subconscious impression of abundance creates conditions of abundance. Seeing abundance in one area creates a mental shift and allows you to start seeing and feeling more abundance in your life.

Immediate action:
Always choose to buy the best and quality products for yourself. By this, you are saying that you are worth it, that you are the best. Your subconscious mind will pick up these impressions from your actions and create conditions in your life that resonate with that state of mind.

I am not saying that you spend outrageously; simply spend in a way that makes you truly happy.

Do you want to be rich?

Yes, who won't say 'NO' to that question? But do you know, there are people who will say 'NO" to this question on the title. Please don't assume that only rich people already will say no. It is on the contrary. That is the reason for this blog post-the reason for wanting money.
Wealthy people know why they want money. They almost always have very specific reasons and purposes, and these reasons are written down.
Christopher Westra's email to me today drove this point very clearly.
Some people who were not rich were once asked why they wanted money. Many replied, "So I won't have to work!" How many wealthy people do you know who don't work? I don't know any. In fact, the rich people I know work extremely hard, much more than those who don't have money.
So, write down your reasons for wanting money. Go ahead and list them right here, or on a sheet of paper.
See if you can come up with ten specific reasons. The more reasons you have, the better, because you probably also have some underlying reasons for not wanting money.

Becoming more of who you are.

My husband brings his closest friend often to our house. He is 62 and well tuned psychically. He can grasp anything he listens to and I know that he has certain powers.

In spite of that, he has a chronic urge to know what is in store for him the next day or a year later. I mean, he is fanatic about knowing his future.

My husband is of the opinion that such character can't accept the present which paves way for putting up resistance to just about everything. Those people push through their days clinging on to predictions alone.

In stead of asking them to change their attitude, it is better to ask them to repeat certain affirmations with conviction several times day.

Here are a few affirmations:
* I relax and trust the power of the universe.
* Spirit is with me, knows…and cares!
* I now let the New World manifest through me.
* I have trained myself to see patterns in time and space, and now hear the universe communicating.

From a Heart powered consciousness.

The idea of communication purely the consciousness power only by our heart is revolutionary and the consequences are mind boggling.

Ever since, our mind took over our heart thereby completely clouding the heart energy, we are leading our life run through our mind. One could more aptly say that the mind is leading our life and not we lead a life.

How to communicate with God?

Before you want to know how to communicate with God, you need to tell me what is your idea of God!

If by chance you have an idea of dual power God, one the does good and one that punishes for bad deeds, then you need not read this article.

But if you strongly believe that God is good and so, all that he created is also good, then we are on the same vibrational frequency and you will understand what I am saying.

Have you ever heard God speak to his children through a megaphone that is connected with cone speakers hoisted on poles on the road side at regular intervals?

No! Ok, then you understand that God will not speak like humans but still communicate with us.
So, how does he do?

He communicates with us through silence. Because he is silent, that is the only language he knows. And to hear or feel his communication, we should also be silent. Not only we remain silent by shutting our mouth but we should also shut down our mind from making that incessant noise.

If we remain still mentally and physically, then, we are said to be in the receiving mode of God's power.

This is the only way we can communicate with God. No exceptions!

Stop thinking.

Mankind's most dangerous affliction is the ability to think.

I am mean it buddy. If you spend just a few seconds to watch or listen to the mental noise coming from you, you will be baffled at this incessant rush of thoughts which are invariably focused on absolutely irrelevant past or on distant future.

If you care to analyze your thoughts, you will be ashamed at the amount catastrophic nature of them. You will hardly think on good feeling thoughts. Even if you start thinking on positive thoughts, as you linger, you will tend to be practical and start introducing unfavorable outcome and divert your thoughts on how to overcome those undesirable outcome.

Rather, I should say you will start rehearse failure.

I have put in to practice saying aloud the word, "STOP" whenever my thoughts wander on without any purpose. I am still saying "STOP" hundred times a day but it was in thousands one year before.

Now I think only to deal with the present moment and I am able to switch off thinking at least for a few minutes.

Try it and you will realize how difficult it is and you will also realize how easy and pleasant your life is, once you are able to stop thinking just for a few seconds in the beginning.

I guarantee miracles will happen in your life.

Of the several posts in this blog, I wrote many times about the steps to be taken to manifest whatever you desire. There has to be a fundamental belief on this greatest inspiring sentence: “Ask and it is given”.

Once you develop unshakable faith in this basic law of universe, your next step is to ask openly whatever you desire for the highest good of you and to the mankind.

The moment you ask, it is heard by the cosmic forces and granted immediately. No exceptions to this.
