Who is the real sculptor of your life?

Answer:
You

Let us see how!

We all keep saying certain words or sentences to ourselves repeatedly, several times a day and for several years. If you take notice of it, you would realize (shockingly though) that they are all (well almost) negative in nature.
For examples, it might pertain to negative outcome of an expected event or it would be negative confession that you are not qualified to participate and others would easily beat you and so on.

This is what they call ‘Affirmations’ and we are engraving our subconscious mind to perform according to our affirmations.

If only we learn to convert these saying (affirmations) to positive results and expectation, our life would be of eternal bliss. We have the power of to live like a king or manifest our wildest dreams by learning to affirm scientifically.
Yes, there are certain ways and rules to practice affirmations.

Affirmations once properly uttered become beliefs. We have already formed all our beliefs about health, fear, wealth and poverty though unconsciously affirming negative things.

Even though we engraved our subconscious mind (the real sculptor our life) with negative affirmations, we can erase them and reaffirm it with positive things; after all we are the author of our beliefs-right?

The actual purpose of affirming positive words is to release the negative feelings such as fear, apprehension and worry and to feel better. However, for the affirmations to work you must not only say something which makes you feel better but you have to virtually feel the words.

Here are a few popular affirmations:
•    I am healthy all around
•    I am loved
•    I am peaceful
•    I have money that I give out joyously

Go for it, learn affirmations scientifically.

How strong your belief should be to attract your desires?

“To change your life, you should change your beliefs”

“You should believe 100% to initiate the law of attraction”

-These are authored by our peers, read by us a thousand times, tried to practice what we believed but are yet to attract our desires-won’t you agree?

Had anyone us questioned the veracity of believing 100% on anything, we would not have been probably tearing our hair apart to get that elusive 100% belief.

Yes, it is not possible to formulate a new belief replacing an existing one and turn it to 100% so that we can manifest what we believed to be possible. The existing belief had taken a deep root in our subconscious mind. It would simply not allow it to be replaced fully?

Does it mean, is it possible to establish a go between-probably a 50% belief? Sure, to be on the safe side, make it 51%.

Don’t ask me if it is enough to get our desires to manifest. It is not enough. We need a 100% belief.

If after all, we can make ourselves to believe in something new to the extent of 51%, surely, we can train our conscious mind to make it 100%-is not possible?

100% possible dear.

How to measure the strength of your positive beliefs.

I have written a lot about removing some of the beliefs that would change your life for the better. I also firmly believe in this fundamental concept of law of universe.

Here are two of my articles on removing negativity that were published in Ezine Articles:

How to remove detrimental images from your mind?

5 Steps to Eliminate Negative Thinking

The latest blog post in this blog attarcted a couple of meaningful comments. In one of them, there was a mention about measuring the strength of changed beliefs. I never thought of this. Yes, we all can change our beliefs positively with the help of affirmations and other mind power tools.

Any new positive belief must be really strong to get the benefit out of it. So, how do we the strength of the new beliefs?

The comment said above contained a link to http://helpingusucceed.com/howitworks.php The website is selling a product that would help you to measure the strength of changed bellief.

You would be asked to answer a series of questions which would in turn reveal the strength of your new belief.

Hmmm... must be good and useful too.

Clearing beliefs can pay off.

I am reading Joe Vitale's Attractor Factor' for the third time. When I read it for the first time almost three years ago, I didn't realize that it is a pure gold ine. I am quoting several sentences here from that book.

We all have beliefs and we lead our life according to our beliefs. "A belief is assuming something to be true, to be a fact. A belief is not caused, it is created by choice".

Please read it again slowly. Let that sink to you.

For example, in spite of warnings from others, you indulged in investing on a particular share. Contrary to your expectation, it misfired. You then stored a belief in you that you must heed by what others tell you. You did not realize that you are only hearing their experience. Unconsciously, you picked up their fear and went about your task though with not enough conviction.

So, the next time, when you get a nudge from inside that you can buy a share, you ignore it based on your belief. But this time it can be a totally different experience!

I will move on. Think of something that you want to have, do or be. Why don't you have it yet?
Just explore your beliefs and you will hit a bulls eye. That will clear you and you are on your sure path of getting what you want.

It is my sincere recommendation that you buy "The Attractor Factor" by Joe Vitale. Just follow the very simple 5 steps to attract anything you want.

Definitive ways to manifest your desires.

What will be your answer if I ask you, “What do you think as the most powerful motivation factor?”

My answer would be, “Desire”. Think about it for a minute. What else can motivate us than a desire to be, to have whatever we want to be and to have?

How desire differs?

If we are all inter-connected, why the desire differs from every individual?

In other words, how do you form a desire?

It is our various beliefs that lead to the formation of desires. Beliefs about self, the world, money, service, God etc are all responsible for our desires. Don’t you think so?

Following your desires:

If you follow your desire and take action accordingly (it might require boldness), then, don’t you think you are destined to manifest your desires? A desire without action is only daydreaming.

Change your desire:

Sometimes, when we take inspired action based on the available information while following our desire, we may find it is not the correct path. At that time, we simply will have to change the course rather than change the desire though we tend to think that the desire itself is not correct.

Anticipation is wonderful:

Anticipation is an exited state of mind. It enables you to focus on the outcome and makes you dream about what you will do once the anticipated material, moment or person arrives. It places you in a positive state of mind, which can guarantee manifestation of your desires.

Negative emotions that affect the realization of your desires:

A desire when formed in your thoughts, immediately exists in another plane and in the form of vibration. You will realize it in physical form when you are spiritually ready. (Don’t ask how, it is the law of universe).

You will deform your already formed vibration if you think in terms of worry and envy. These two futile emotions are sure to dissipate the positive cloud you have let out into the cosmos.

This or something better:

The most important aspect while you send out your desires in the form of thought energy into the universe is you should be open to receive what is given to you. This might be better than what you desired.

Why do I believe that?

Beliefs-we all hold on to various beliefs on different things like money, lifestyle, relationship and religion.

While some of our beliefs are nurtured since our childhood, most of the beliefs are formed by us based on our life experiences, our choice of movies and novels and our willingness to bend to satisfy our relatives' and friends' opinion of us.

It is our beliefs that lead us to our present living condition and not our education and culture.

It is extremely essential for us to periodically examine our beliefs and ask ourselves these two important and life changing question.

* Why do I believe that?
* What will happen if I change this belief?

I am not going to take you by hand show you how to change your beliefs. In fact, I don't even want to know your beliefs.

This is an exercise an individual has to carry with utmost self honesty.

The causes and effects of our limiting beliefs.

I would like to examine the causes of certain beliefs in our life that act as mental blocks leading to a life of dissatisfaction and stunted growth.

If you think limiting beliefs are harmful, you are mistaken. It is much more than harmful and can really lead to stunted growth. Limiting beliefs are usually latent-I mean we are not even aware of them and what they do to us. They dictate our thoughts and attitudes that are detrimental to our growth.

Limiting beliefs-how and when they are formed.
Limiting beliefs settle in our subconscious mind starting from our early childhood days till our conscious mind starts evolving. While the minds of most of the human beings start waking up after 40 years, they cannot be generalized. For many, their mind remains the same till their death.

* We observe our parents and conclude certain things that are etched deeply in our subconscious mind.
* We act and the results remain in our memory for a long time.
* We read and assimilate things that don’t change our thoughts easily.
* We decide that might not have brought results as expected leading to form certain beliefs.

Overall, our thoughts and attitudes are shaped based on our beliefs that we take them as true. Such beliefs won’t let us look at future opportunities and experiences with a different perspective, thus tying us to a chain which hinders exploration of life with a positive frame of mind.

A few examples that form our limiting beliefs:
* When our parents favor their new born child that takes their attention away from us
* When our appearance is scorned
* When our academic performance is criticized
* When we are rejected by opposite sex
* When our choice of higher education is not approved
* When our marriage fails to blossom
* When we lose our investments
* When our advice to others bring undesired results

All these beliefs prevent us from taking the same actions that we took before because of fear of failure or rejection. We firmly (falsely) believe that the past results are the only absolute parameters of life. We are not interested in listening to our inner voice that continues to goad us with positive suggestions and we live a life of stunted growth. This deprives us of the true pleasures of a full life.

How my limiting beliefs were removed:
My limiting beliefs were dug out when I started thinking with self honesty. Whenever I was afraid to take action, I used to ask myself this question: “If he or she can do it, why can’t I”.

Also, Joe Vitale, who has authored several books on spiritual development, played a major role in my life transformation. His slogan which changed me inside out by acknowledging and removing my limiting beliefs: “Change your beliefs and change your life”.

Chained elephant-proof of limited beliefs.

The picture below is the best example of our mindset and pre-conditioned beliefs that we cannot do something. We hold on to our beliefs too dearly and refusing to allow new beliefs to enter.

This self sabotage of our confidence stops us where we are.

How to come out of this limited mindset?
Sit down and write out all your present beliefs. Don't leave out anything however trivial it may seem to you.

After 24 hours, think again and rewrite what you have already written.

Now go through your list one by one. They will tell you clearly what you need to do.

Trust me; this worked for me.

What is your choice?

Have you sought the assistance of psychic mediums to manifest your desire?
Have you approached any other medium to get to know your future?
Have you approached any hermit for anything?
Have you used Tarot cards, Ouija board to know your future?

Then, you would have probably found out you have wasted a lot of time and money in pursuit of all the things.

It all works out in a very simple way. You are given the choicest of choices by your creator-the choice to think. By the way you think, you build up your beliefs.
By your beliefs, you experience everything in this world.

Using the choice to think, you change your thinking that will also change your beliefs and that will change your life experience.

There is an unwritten law of universe: What you believe inside is what you will see outside!

Let the money in.

Don't believe you have to work hard to have money in your wallet. Please, I implore you to change your belief for once and for all. Just try living with this new belief for only three days as a trial period and analyze the results.

Just let the money in. Even if you are struggling to make both end meet, you can attract the money. All you have to do is give the last of the dime (if that is all you have) away to another person like you.

I see a little smirk on your face. It is alright. I understand. But try it however. What happens when you are giving away the money?

You are making room for money to come in. You believed strongly that if you lose the last dime, you might go penniless and thus held on to it. You have caused a blockage of circulation of an energy. Of course money is also a form of energy.

Start the energy (money) circulation and you will see it flow back through you. Change the belief; if money goes out, money comes in.

Never run out of time.

Our belief system plays havoc in our life. Remember, beliefs are created by us in response to our past experience.

If I say time is an illusion, there will be skepticism. So I will take another route. We all feel at some time or the other that we are short of time. We feel a pulsation at such times; we panic and do the unthinkable. We end up in regrets.

Here is viable solution that will lead to you think you have all the time in the world.

How about giving away your time to someone or even to yourself? Without thinking that you will be wasting precious time, invite someone to talk to or listen to. Or, better, if you just shut off your mind and just relax and listen to your heartbeat only.

Don't ridicule this idea till you try it out! We don’t give away our time only because we firmly believe there is no time to give. You believe in the lack of time but whereas time is only an illusion. We believe that if we give away time, then we will lose precious time. This belief should change to when you give something away you will get more to give away.

How about if you give time to others, you will get more time? And when you get more time, there is always enough for you and to others!

Change your beliefs to change your life.

"If there are things in your experience that you no longer wish to experience, your belief must change.
If there are things that are not in your experience that you want to bring into your experience, your belief must change."

I received the above quotation in my mobile phone as SMS. Though I liked it, I could not exactly explain why I liked it. Something is trying to tell me something but I could not place it.

Yes, I beginning to see the meaning. Let me see if I understood it correctly.
I am frequently disturbed by various callers that include parents of my students, students, ex-students and so on. None of them have the manners to call and come. They just barge in unannounced assuming that I will be whenever I am taking class.

Whenever I hear the front gate being opened I believe someone is coming to see me. My husband used to laugh at me. There are people at the ground floor, there are others in our house; in spite of that how can I believe that way?

Exactly this belief is attracting visitors to me. So, I should change my belief that I will be left free and the visitors are for others only.
