Karla Gable follows Sara Orem.

Now it is the turn of Karla Gable to be in the news after Sara Orem; both are faculty members of Capella University, Minneapolis.

While the former has been named Distinguished Administrator in Higher Education by the Arizona School Administrators (ASA), the later became a nobility in the field of education when her book titled ‘Appreciative Coaching: A Positive Process for Change’
was published recently.

Let me tell you a little more about “Appreciate Coaching”.

*This book is also authored by Jacqueline Binkert, PhD, and Ann Clancy, PhD.
*It does away with the outdated problem-oriented ways that has its own limitations.
*Appreciative Coaching guides the reader through four stages – Discovery, Dream, Design and Destiny.
*This brings out the students’ hidden strengths and enhances their comprehensive abilities.
*Students feel their self confidence level has suddenly shot up.

Capella University has been making big positive impact in online education ever since it was founded in 1993. This fully accredited university has students in their enrollment from 56 countries. All of them are pursuing their studies in various faculties such as information technology, education, human services, and psychology.
