Every human being who is sane can become vulnerable to tensions and pressures that lead to a mind in turmoil. Nature has given us a system to calm our mind. We have read articles in newspapers and book on how to calm our mind.
But, we simply just forget every good thing conveniently under the pretext of work load, lack of time etc. We fail to relax because we are constantly chasing something or the other.
We don't seem to live now. We either live in our past by thinking about what happened in our life or we start thinking about what is going to happen in the next hour, next day or next year.
We have totally lost our ability to relax in the now.
