Whenever I write about stress, its causes and ways to de-stress, it was read by more than usual number of people. So it seems the planet earth is heavily burdened by stress filled inhabitants.

Without fully aware what their stress is causing to fellow human beings and even to plants and animals, we all continue to put ourselves under unprovoked stress. By unprovoked, I mean no external forces are the real cause for the stress but our own thoughts.

I am glad that people are sincerely trying to de-stress themselves. The Internet is a wonderful place to find ways to relieve our stress; no cost methods of simple meditations are offered in abundance.
