The hospitality of DCW.

I wrote a blog post long time back about my visit to DCW at Sahupuram near Tuticorin. I had mentioned about my friend Mohan and Saravanan in that blog post.

After so many months, I have received an email from a person named Ramji, who was all praise for the wonderful hospitality he received at DCW through Saravanan.

I am really thrilled and very happy that my blog post on something totally personal was read by someone.

It is nice to see your blog. I am a chartered accountant now working in Chennai.

I am a ex DCW employee and worked with Saravanan.Ofcourse when I got my appointment letter (my first job) in DCW , Saravanan only took me to the bachelors accommodation canteen, factory, guest house.

I can not forget his hospitality and his humbleness and magnanimity. I have travelled 5 continents in the world and I stayed all top class star hotels in the world (like Sheraton New york, Hyaat London, Dubai Burj Al..).

But I have never experienced a warm reception like what Saravanan did it to me to me (that too a new employee joining as Management Trainee).

I am proud to see that Saravanan's name is now visible to the entire world.

I always say to my friends that You could meet 1 Mmuruga at Tiruchendur and the 2nd Murugan at Sahupuram (D.Saravanan).

A treasure among rubbish.

My family is yet to settle down. We have relocated to 5 different houses in the last 6 years. As every year passes by, we seem to be adding things to our house though we are clearly unaware hat we are accumulating clutters.

But when we start packing to go to yet another house, we discard several boxes of clutters that we manage to add over the years. Sometimes, during sorting and filtering, we used to find valuable items that we call treasures. Somehow, they find their way to the boxes of unwanted goods.

During our routine house shifting last month, an ugly looking star made up of some metal revealed its presence. When my husband was about to throw it away, his brother stopped him and began to inspect the star. He suspected it to be a silver star and did some polishing in an amateurish way to reveal glimpses of the original silver color.

The silver star was awarded to my husband by his school principal in 1971 for his good show in basketball.

Though we never know why it got discolored, we preserved it for memory sake. It must have been made of inferior silver.

The news about the existence of one or more universes appeared in our local daily today.

I am a strong believer of quantum theory that says our observation only is the cause of existence of material world. Based on the quantum theory, the tiniest submicroscopic particle aka quantum particle behaves like a particle and a wave at the same time.

"Consequently, these tiny particles can behave in a curious way that allows them to be in two places at once." On this quantum theory, Bohr commented, "Anyone who is not shocked by quantum theory has not understood it".

As per our local daily 'The Hindu', "The only known recordings of a brilliant physicist, Hugh Everett, a quantum physicist, who predicted the existence of parallel universe have been found in the basement of his son who is a rock singer.

He was only 24, while he was studying in Princeton University in 1957 when he conceptualized this idea that a multitude of universes or a multiverse where all all life's possibilities play out. It means that somewhere Elvis is singing and Nazis are fighting.

Effective use of prayer.

Consider this as a sequel to my previous post.

Who is in the heaven?

Definitely your prayers are answered. But you should remember that the answer is by your own thoughts and deeds.

Don't imagine that there is a man sitting high above us in the heaven, maintains and operate a computer of a size that the scientists on earth have not yet conceptualized, maintains a database of every living and non living beings in the planet earth and probably in other planets too, record every happenings, events and thoughts of all and execute a command in answer to our prayers, thoughts, deeds, moans, grudges, griefs and desires.

He has set in a giant perpetual wheel in motion that is driven by energies that we can't physically measure. These energies are emitted by every living and non living beings in this planet. But changes in human lives whether it is positive or negative and thereby in the planet earth also, are caused by mankind's thoughts alone which is nothing put the pure energy that drives the world or to be exact, that moves the perpetual wheel set in motion.

I am not an atheist. I have very strong faith in God but this is my faith-the faith in thought energy.

I read somewhere that faith is like a plant in a pot. It requires regular care and attention, else, it will wither away.

Do you agree with me?

Page rank disappeared.

I am no longer shocked to see the page rank of my blogs reduced to zero.

All of my blogs are stripped to bare except one which moved to PR 3 from zero. I think I have guessed the reason for page rank reduction.

Any blog that contain posts that are not relevant to it's title is penalized. In other words, blogs that get paid to post got the stick from Google. Is it correct to say 'sword' in place of 'stick'?

My blog that got a fresh PR 3 doesn't contain any sponsored post because I am yet to register that blog with any of the 'paid to post' web sites.

Do you believe in ghosts?

The human spirit travels to the world of spirits after relinquishing its body on the earth.

It enters a world where it is surrounded by like minded souls. I should rather say souls with similar vibrations than like minded as spirits do not have a mind.

If someone dies due to suicide or accident, the soul sometimes lingers around the family it lived because it is yet to reconcile to the fact that it has shed its body.

Some may sense its presence and call it a ghost. The soul is nothing but an energy, an extension of God and as such, it can't bring harm to anyone. If a person says that he/she has earned the wrath of a ghost, it is because the person willed himself to such a state. If God has created everything and if God is good, then how can a God create something we call as evil?

Where Angels Fear to Tread is a book by Alex J. Morrey. The book touches the principles of quantum physics and the collective consciousness.
