Which yoga is suitable for you?

There are various types of yoga. I wonder whether all of the yoga positions existed in ancient India. Therefore, you obviously need to choose the one that is suitable for your body to get the optimum benefits.

Of course I agree that all forms of yoga will be beneficial but not for all. You must accept this bitter fact. Most of the aspiring people reach out for Yoga in order to maintain their body in a flexible mode irrespective of the age of the body. All types of yoga exercises will always focus on the physical fitness of your body and it also happen to instill certain calmness in us thus creating a balance in the mind and body while helping to increase flexibility and fitness at the same time.

Bikram Yoga
Have you ever heard of about Bikram Yoga? It is an extreme form of Yoga where the exercises are carried out in heated rooms where the temperature would be set at 95 degrees. Naturally, beginners would bolt out of the heated room. Therefore, it is only for those who have already mastered the art of Yoga and want to enhance their physical fitness further.

What is the exact benefit of Bikram Yoga.?

While there are many people who believe that performing Bikram yoga under testing conditions is detrimental to their well being; people who prefer Bikram yoga on a regular basis believe that the increased temperatures help to relax and cleanse their body.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga is the standard form of yoga that you will find everywhere commonly. Everyone begins at this form of Yoga but nearly 90% of them never complete it. Because Hatha Yoga teaches you the basic types of yoga poses, it is the best form of yoga for those who have not done any form of this exercise thus far.

Hatha suits people of all ages as it teaches many useful poses slowly so that the body attains an excellent flexibility in about 4 months.

Vinyasa Yoga
After doing Hatha Yoga for about two months if you feel confident of taking it up at a faster pace, then Vinyasa Yoga is the next step. Vinyasa yoga which is taught at a faster pace focuses a lot on breathing during along with movements.

Are there more forms of Yoga?

Yes of course. There are many more variations of yoga. I have only written about three yoga forms. Nevertheless, yoga in any form helps you to attain supreme fitness of body and mind. Yoga and Meditation goes hand in hand for extraordinary benefits.

"Can you give your heart"?-God asks.

God says, "Give Me your heart, not your mind' because he knows that there are enough minds on planet earth."

How do you view this?

Let me dwell on this a little bit. I can clearly feel God's wish and his longing for my heart. A week before, when one of my relatives offered to give me a personal discourse on what and how you should offer to God, I felt a moisture in my eyes not because of his offer but on the matter.

I felt my heart reached out to touch the big heart of God.

Do you know
Gloria Wendroff? She is a former teacher of English and Business Communications and grew up without religion or thoughts about God. Now she is a Godwriter.

Here I quote a piece of news about her from the newsletter that I received from Titus Concept:
"
She has authored “Love Letters from God, Book One” that is presently published in English, Greek, German, and Romanian, and soon to be published in Turkish. “Give Me your heart, not your mind. There is enough mind in the world, and perhaps not enough heart. In any case, I ask for your heart. I wish to entwine it with Mine.”

Is there a solution from thinking negatively?

Who would you call your worst enemy?

I would point to myself if I am asked. I am the author of my own negative, destructive and unwanted thoughts and they in turn shape up my life.

It is simple as that and applicable to every human being in the world-no exception.

If you care to look for statistics in the Internet, you would read 3% of us suffer from unwanted thoughts.

It is wrong! I would say 99%

We all (the 99% I mean) simply entertain themselves with shameful thoughts and this great exercise (?) is carried out when we physically inactive. Our mind takes that kind of rest. It works 24/7

Where these thoughts have originated from and entered our mind?

Are you made responsible for your thoughts since it is a known scientific fact that we allow thoughts to enter our mind? If so, is someone else thinking for you?

What you have to do when you realize that you’re thinking negatively and self-destructively?

Do you have to suppress them by seeking the help of psychologist or your religious teacher?

Is there a solution from thinking negatively?

Can we plant a switch in our mind to turn it on whenever we rehearse painful and sad outcome and the switch does the rest?

I again ask you, “Do YOU suffer from Unwanted Thoughts?”

Bradley Thomson offers a solution. He says you can learn to control your thoughts.

Don’t do this when you are pregnant.

In spite of my repeated advice however annoying it might have been, an ex-student of mine could not desist herself from seeing horror and thriller movies when she was carrying her first child. Somewhere along, she started acting strangely that was later diagnosed as panic disorder.

It is a mental status where the affected person lives in constant anticipation of bad things. She was treated with mild tension appeasers and a little bit of religious counseling and she became alright quickly.

I heaved a sigh of relief. Fortunately, she was not given Zoloft, a medicine to treat panic disorder. This drug when taken prenatally was said to cause birth defects and lead to a Zoloft lawsuit

There are several Zoloft lawsuits already filed and the most successful personal injury lawyers O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath, are lending their expertise to the victims of Zoloft.

Why you should drop your beliefs?

Why do you think trees drop leaves?

Snakes drop skin.

We drop hair.

We cut nails.

We throw away outgrown dresses.

Why, we even do away with painful relationships.

However, why we keep clinging on to beliefs that don’t let us move forward or to experience fresh changes in our life?

Beliefs that don’t serve us anymore, beliefs that don’t bring new meanings in our life, strengthen the existing relationship are to be dumped immediately without any remorse.

New beliefs means:

· New thoughts

· New people into our life

· New jobs

· New place

When you should change your beliefs?

Ask yourself if a certain belief held by you for so long has brought the four new changes mentioned above. You will know what to do.

Can you treat Bulimia with Topamax?

If I am asked the above question, I would blink and blink. I know what Topamax is for but I don’t know what Bulimia is! I was actually asked this question by my sister who is a medical transcriptionist. I thought she knew better.

She agreed but she assumed that I am a better informed person in medico-legal matters as her query centered on Topamax lawsuit that is taking the manufacturers of the drug to the legal court.

Topamax was intended to treat epileptic seizures but slowly it was recommended to treat migraine and then given as a remedy to Bulimia, a sort of eating problem.

Pregnant women who happened to consume Topamax gave birth to children with certain birth defects that devastated them. They were furious and were counseled to take legal action against the manufacturers of Topamax.

If you happen to help a Topamax victim, please ask them to contact O’Hanlon, McCollom & Demerath – Personal Injury Lawyers – 808 West Avenue, Austin, TX. 78701 – 512-494-9949

Want to practice law of attraction?

I have been a Law of Attraction buff for quite a few years now. I remember the days when I started learning the basics.

The first few exercises of law of attraction did not yield any results. I knew I was doing something wrong in manifesting strange but small things like looking at the clock to see a particular time daily, wishing for local train to arrive a minute late and so on.

I looked up in the Internet to identify my mistakes in the LOA exercises. None gave me a clue. In fact, it seemed that I was doing correctly but I was looking in the wrong directions for positive results.

I persisted with my manifestation tests. I changed my wishes to more rare occurrences. For example, I wished all green signals on the way to work. There were 11 signals. LOA smiled on me once.

I was thrilled and naturally elated.

I then tried to guess who the caller was at the door. I missed a few but started guessing right. The trust in my instincts grew stronger.

There were quite few tricks I have learnt on my road to manifesting desires. I learnt of odd places to look for what I wanted to see. I trained to be alert for signs and directions.

Here is what I would tell you to practice:

Trust your first instinct and act on it. It NEVER FAILS.

When God has faith in you?

I received an email from my sister-in-law that contained these thought provoking sentences that we should remember and pass it on to everyone you know.

Prayer is not a "spare wheel" that you pull out when in trouble; it is a
"steering wheel" that directs us in the right path throughout life.

All things in life are temporary. If going well enjoy it, they will not last
forever. If going wrong don’t worry, they can't last long either.

Often when we lose hope and think this is the end, GOD smiles from above and
says, "Relax, sweetheart, it's just a bend, not the end!

When GOD solves your problems, you have faith in HIS abilities; when GOD
doesn't solve your problems HE has faith in your abilities.

When you pray for others, God listens to you and blesses them; and sometimes,
when you are safe and happy, remember that someone has prayed for you.

What is the real meaning of celebration?

At the outset, I sincerely thank Sherry who gave meaning to my small moments of happiness. She taught me to celebrate such moments of happiness that I have stopped doing long ago.

I don't celebrate my birthday, wedding anniversary and rare email notifications of payment received received from Paypal. Her blog post on 'celebrating' rekindled my desire to celebrate. I read it on the day when one of my internet marketing effort brought a sale.

While I never fail to wish my friends on their birthdays and wedding anniversaries, I don't wish myself on such annual occasions.

As she right said, we always have something to celebrate. As we grow old, nothing good or bad seems to matter to us. We take everything in our stride and move on.

Sherry's words that celebration is a form of gratitude made a lot of sense. By celebrating, we acknowledge our effort.

I quote Sherry below:
" celebrating is a form of prayer, a way of saying “Thank you, God” for the gifts we’ve been given".

Thank you Sherry. You are an angel.
