“Treat anger like gold; spend it wisely or not at all”. This is a proverb that I use. I neither spend my anger nor the gold that I buy from time to time.
But, what do you think of the proverb? Isn't wisely said?
Have you tried to question yourself on why you get angry in the first place? When we feel our pride is attacked or when we don't allow others to differ from us, we get angry.
This is the resistance we have to let go. We resist almost every conceivable situation if that is not in line with our concept of right and wrong. We firmly believe that we are the only person that is always right and whomsoever disagrees with us, we resist them and that leads to anger and frustration and eventually to more violent reactions from us.Unsuppressed anger invariably leads to bad words and finally to violence.
