The moment I entered, he started behaving in a strange way that was rather obnoxious. And he is a college principal!I kept my silence all through. Finally he insisted that I reply to all his accustations. I said I won't because I will never embarrass anyone. It is my life guiding principle.
He asked me to list out the values by which I live. Here are a few of my values that I honor always:
* Acceptance
* Appreciation
* Calmness
* Gratitude
* Faith
* Punctuality
In spite of his unpleasant behavior I thanked him for giving me an opportunity to put my values in practice. The values I uphold determine my character, my inner self.
Can you list out your values? If by any chance, you require guidance in identifying your values, I request you to read an article by Steve Pavlina's list of values. He has given 374 of them.
A quote:
If money is lost, nothing is last;
If heath is lost, something is lost;
If character is lost, everything is lost.
