What legal action can victims of Actos take?

The moment one is diagnosed as having diabetes, it implies with any ambiguity, a door has been wide opened to allow all possible diseases to enter. Yes, it is that much complex diabetes is.

Neither a diabetic patient nor the diabetalogist that treats him can say with conviction, “I know all about diabetes”. If it is refuted, how else an approved diabetes medicine such as Actos can bring about damage to the bladder?

I gained valuable insights from an actos law firm about how an approved medicine still causes harmful side effects, what should have been the warnings from the manufacturers of any medicine and what legal action can victims of medicines such as Actos take etc.

It is advisable to contact Watts Guerra Craft LLP if your bladder is seriously damaged to the extent of cancer after taking Actos for a long duration.

Curtailing temper is like a penance, don't break it.

I read an article in about.com (http://healing.about.com/od/emotion/a/validatefeeling.htm) in which a sentence goes like this:"It is healthy to allow ourselves to step outside of our nice postures and exhibit the "not-so-nice" side of our personalities now and again ".

I certainly don't agree with the author of this article though I know I have to allow others to differ from me. It is obvious that someone doesn't fully realize the power of good feeling. Venting badly is an act of self sabotage.

Curtailing temper is like a penance. Those who practice this character is on his way to gain Godly qualities. Only such people know how they will feel when they happen to break their penance just because they read somewhere that it is alright to behave a like a normal human being.

It is totally against the true nature of the soul in our body.

An instant solution for poor sleepers.

My husband read an article in a U.S. news site about the growing need of people from all walks of life, a good night sleep that is filled with peace and not dreams. A dream filled sleep is not considered as a peaceful sleep.

He encouraged me to find a natural way to induce sleep without the aid of sleeping pills or injections. They are prone to make the user as an addict.

I knew about sound therapy to induce sleep but I never tried it simply because, I sleep the moment I hit the pillow.

I managed to find one proven sound therapy, wrote about it and published it in an article site giving a link back to the product. The link was shortened by bit.ly.

A few minutes ago, I saw that the link to peaceful sleep was clicked 25 times! Oh yes, this is a big proof that there are lots of people in the world who are looking to find ways to sleep naturally.

Here is that link to sound sleep.

Laser cut SMT Stencils for PCB assembling units.

Prototyping SMT Stencils for µBGA and similar smaller size components requires Fine Line Stencil technology. The whole affair of developing Prototype SMT Stencils is an expensive and meticulous job but nevertheless in big demand by mass PCB assemblers.

A PCB (printed circuit board) would not invite a second glance from us but if we only come to know behind the various technologies involved in making them, we would probably say a silent thanks to the inventors of Gerber file format and software developers of CAD and CAM.

In addition, another recent technological advancement used in creating SMT Stencil is laser. To produce prototype Stencil for soldering minute semi conductors and chips, laser is employed to cut the base stencil material for surface mounting.

I gathered this much information for the benefit of a young electronics engineer who wishes to start his PCB assembling unit in a small scale.

What goes around comes around-a proof.

Fleming was a poor Scottish farmer. One day, while trying to make a living for his family, he heard a cry for help coming from a nearby bog. He dropped his tools and ran to the bog.

There, mired to his waist in black muck, was a terrified boy, screaming and struggling to free himself. Farmer Fleming saved the lad from what could have been a slow and terrifying death.

The next day, a fancy carriage pulled up to the Scotsman's sparse surroundings. An elegantly dressed nobleman stepped out and introduced himself as the father of the boy Farmer Fleming had saved.

"I want to repay you," said the nobleman. "You saved my son’s life."

"No, I can't accept payment for what I did," the Scottish farmer replied waving off the offer. At that moment, the farmer's own son came to the door of the family hovel.

"Is that your son?" the nobleman asked.

"Yes," the farmer replied proudly.

"I'll make you a deal. Let me provide him with the level of education my own son will enjoy if the lad is anything like his father, he'll no doubt grow to be a man we both will be proud of." And that he did.

Farmer Fleming's son attended the very best schools and in time, graduated from St. Mary's Hospital Medical School in London, and went on to become known throughout the world as the noted Sir Alexander Fleming, the discoverer of Penicillin.

Years afterward, the same nobleman's son who was saved from the bog was stricken with pneumonia.

What saved his life this time? Penicillin.

The name of the nobleman? Lord Randolph Churchill ... His son’s name?

Sir Winston Churchill.

Someone once said: What goes around comes around.

Moral of the story: Work like you don't need the money.

How to pray to get what you want?

A voyaging ship was wrecked during a storm at sea and only two of the men on it were able to swim to a small, desert like island. The two survivors, not knowing what else to do, agree that they had no other recourse but to pray to God. However, to find out whose prayer was more powerful, they agreed to divide the territory between them and stay on opposite sides of the island.

The first thing they prayed for was food. The next morning, the first man saw a fruit-bearing tree on his side of the land and he was able to eat it's fruit. The other man's parcel of land remained barren!

After a week, the first man was lonely and he decided to pray for a wife. The next day, there was a woman who swam to his side of the land. On the other side of the island, again there was nothing!

Soon the first man prayed for a house, clothes, more food. The next day, like magic, all of these were given to him. However, the second man still had nothing!

Finally, the first man prayed for a ship, so that he and his wife could leave the island. In the morning, he found a ship docked at his side of the island. The first man boarded the ship with his wife and decided to leave the second man on the island. He considered the other man unworthy to receive God's blessings, since none of his prayers had been answered.

As the ship was about to leave, the first man heard a voice from heaven booming, "Why are you leaving your companion on the island?"

"My blessings are mine alone, since I was the one who prayed for them," the first man answered. "His prayers were all unanswered and so he does not deserve anything."

"You are mistaken!" the voice rebuked him. "He had only one prayer, which I answered. If not for that, you would not have received any of my blessings."

"Tell me, O God," the first man asked the voice, "What did he pray for that I should owe him anything?"

"He prayed that all your prayers be answered."

For all we know, our blessings are not the fruits of our prayers alone, but those of another praying for us.

This is too good not to share...

My prayer for you today is that all your prayers are answered. Be blessed.

"What you do for others is more important than what you do for yourself"

This was shared with me by a friend; I hope you will share with your friends!

Your scrapbook can be a manifesting tool.

Manifesting the desires is everybody's ambition. While there is scientific proof that anyone can manifest what they want by a few methods that include visualization, focus thought and re-programming the subconscious mind, not all human beings are aware of this extraordinary, life changing Cosmic Ordering.

With the advent of computer and Internet, there have been a handful of tools to imprint on your subconscious mind a series of images of your desires such as a big luxury car, a palatial bungalow, a rewarding career etc.

For those who have no access to a computer, a simple scrapbook can become their manifestation tool.

How to go about building a scrapbook that would become your tool to get what you want?

Fill up your scrapbook with:
* Affirmations
* Pictures you liked in newspapers and glossy life magazines
* Images of abundance like vast lake, oceans, sprawling golf course etc
* Beautiful looking birds
* Stunning faces of models and celebrities
* Healthy babies

The idea behind this affordable exercise is very simple. You keep focusing on things that make you happy.

Let your scrap booking be a life long hobby. You need not give it up when you start seeing things that you wanted. After all we all keep changing our desires-don't we?

Seek the help of Rose Quartz to calm your mind.

I am an emotionally well balanced woman. Though serious, I take things lightly and move on. None can hurt me or make me feel inferior. Having said all that, most of the people who know me inside out stay at their arms length from me. It is a sign that many men and women in the world can't stand outright honesty and shocking frankness.

I am sure you are wondering why I am saying all these? You see, yesterday, after 10 PM, a stranger rang the door bell, silently handed me a small jewel box and bide adieu.

I gingerly opened it to find a crystal of Rose Quartz. It is said to be an emotional healer apart from curing heart ailments. Another unique quality of Rose Quartz is it helps one release repressed emotional wounds.

What does it all mean? Am I having repressed hurts without my knowledge buried deep in my subconscious mind?

Hmmm... let me see what the Rose crystal brings out of me.

Changes mean opportunities.

I presume you have read my previous post titled, “Change is possible…”. Now, ask yourself, are you resisting changes in your life? How do you react to a change in your life that is about to take place?

Are you afraid of it or do you welcome it?

If you are not willing to cooperate with a change in life situations, do you know that you may miss out something exciting and refreshing? People who don’t allow themselves the luxury of changes stay where they are. They are literally stunting their own growth.

Yes, change means growth and growth is always for the better-right? Experiences hitherto unknown is certainly rewarding and make you mature. If you don’t embrace changes, it will be an unfulfilled life.

Life will be dull without changes. Imagine your own life where you spend at the bottom of your career while witnessing stupendous growth among your friends, relatives and colleagues.

Remember, changes bring opportunities to explore new vistas, experience blissful relationship and so on.

Your body changes (grows) without your consent. On the other hand, your mental growth purely depends on your volition.

I like this inspiring quote by Milton Berlinger, the American comedy actor:
"If opportunity doesn't knock, build a door."
