To transcend desire.

It is absolutely natural for human beings to have desires and it is so very natural. Every contrasting situation gives rise to new desires. When those new desires are achieved, another contrasting situation is born and it again makes to project a different set of desires. The cycle goes on and on!

Now, do you want this cycle to go on for you do you want to stop it?

All the desires no doubt will give you enormous pleasure but also pain. The moment a material or a person or a situation disappears from your life, you grieve the loss putting yourself into considerable stress and depression.

Is there a way out?
Yes and yes. If you don't cling on to your pleasure giving material, persons or circumstances, it is possible to avoid depression when they leave you. Nothing on this planet is permanent and nothing can be claimed as yours.

Just allow all that appear in your life, use them as long as they stay in your life and let go when they are taken away from you to complete their cycle.

When you thus detached from everything, you are free. This freedom from attachment is the real freedom for mankind.

Contemplate on this idea.

Gratitude to all my mentors who know that I am gratified to them.

Wanted silversmiths.

I hear and read that jewelry manufacturers in Indonesia have laid some of their skilled silversmiths due to shortage of silver supply because of increase in silver price but I know of a leading jeweler in my city (a very close friend of my husband) that is reported to have hung a ‘wanted’ notice outside his silver bracelets factory.

As Monex Deposit Company has been saying through their web releases over the past two years, silver price has been steadily climbing along with gold price and there seems to be more demand for silver than supply.

I think precious metals investors are taking possession of huge amount of silver either in the form of coins or ingot form. Ingots are generally silver ingots of pure bullion cast in a convenient size and shape. Yes, you can include me too among the wise investors.

But my funds allow me to buy only silver coins from Monex Precious Metals, home to a large and dedicated staff of hard asset professionals committed to serving your precious metals investment needs.

The Power of Silence-Part 4

All good writers, composers, dancers, singers and actors know the value of silence. Many writers say spending a few moments in silence before writing helps them to get past the most horrific writers’ blocks and get into the most long-lasting experiences of flow where the words and ideas keep flowing out through the pen.

While in the flow, many feel no hunger or thirst or exhaustion. It is almost as if they will never get tired. Perhaps this is what the poet was referring to when he said, “I leave my body outside my study just as Muslims leave their footwear outside their place of worship.” Only the body gets tired.

We are not our bodies and we know this to be true while in an experience of flow, when the Universe writes through us or composes through us and we become just a clear conduit.

It has been said that it is the space between the bars that holds the tiger. It is the space between the notes that makes the music. Remove the spaces of silence and we are left with one continuous noisy note.

God is that which is indivisible. God is that presence which cannot be cut up into pieces; it is the one power in the universe. But we might find it difficult to comprehend this idea of oneness because our normal material existence is very much connected with duality.

When we say light we know we appreciate light because of darkness. Some actions are right and those who involve in right actions are singled out and respected because there are those who do the wrong things. A person with a front should have a back. We cannot think of the inside of a bottle without the opposite idea of the outside of the bottle. A magnet has both the North Pole and the South Pole. This ubiquitous duality has led to dichotomous thinking. Our physical world is a world of dichotomies and combinations of opposites.

Don't ask for money.

Sometimes if we care to analyze our wants and desires, we may find it to our surprise that what we really wanted was just a feeling than a product.

I request you to read it again and think back. It may reveal a fact or two. Or, remember this and examine your live events and your feelings after a month or two.

I will lead you from here. Why I have written that 'Don't ask for money"? What you want money for? To buy a gadget for your kitchen, a new car, a travel package to Hawaii or India (Smile) or pay your payday loan dues-right.

Suppose you have money and achieve any or all of the above, what will be your feeling- happiness, a sense of completion, peace of mind or joy that you have fulfilled a family duty?

So, your ultimate want is good feelings. So, why don't you ask that straight away instead of money? Even without money, your own money I mean, someone may give you a pair of flight tickets to Hawaii.

What I am driving at is this: When you ask for money through your prayers, you are mostly like to imagine the ways you get it. There, you have put limitations to the Universe whereas it is limitless.

Just state your desires of good feeling like peace, contentment, happiness and let the Universe arrange the details as to how you will get it.

Another thing when you ask for money, say $1 million, the moment you get it and exhaust it to meet your wants, you will want more money to buy more things. The demands will go on and on.

Do you get my point?

What do you want really? The feeling you get out of financial security, the happy feeling of driving your own new car etc. Just ask for those kinds of feelings and let go. You are sure to get it; no exceptions.

Inspired by the books I read. My gratitude is to Wayne Dyer, Eckhart Tolle, Joseph Murphy, Esther and Jerry Hicks, The Mother….

How to write creative blog posts?

This blog post is meant for bloggers who find bliss when they are satisfied with their writing. Sometimes we all feel exhilarated when we have completed our work-any work I mean, it need not be necessarily a blog post.

But at times, we seem to get stuck for imagination, words and ideas. Those are the times we are not at peace with ourselves. Though our purpose is to write a blog post, our mind may be else where consciously or unconsciously. At those times, we would rather be there than here.

Simplest thing to get back your self: (This works and has worked for me every time.)
At times of creativity blockages, simply step back from your PC. Lie down on your bed and focus only on your breathe. Stop thinking; if your mind still wanders, gently bring it back.

Relax totally as if you have nothing else to do for the rest of your life.

Now sit in front of your computer after doing that exercise (?) for just 10 minutes and see the difference.

What happened in those 15 minutes?
You were connected with your inner self-your own source that is connected with everything and everybody in this universe!

To forgive is to give for.

To forgive is to give for-read somewhere and I guess it must be Dr. Wayne Dyer or Eckhart Tolle as I read their books most frequently.

Whoever said that but what a way to define 'Forgive'-it has made a profound impact on me as if every cell in my body carries that message and thus making me sure I never forget that.

What happens when we forgive?
It instantly gives freedom, freedom from carrying resentment, judgment and any other negative emotion that we carry against anybody or even any place!

From Hugh Prather quotes:
" Forgive, but do not wonder how you must act. Forgive, but do not try to convince another to forgive. Forgive, but do not hold yourself superior that you have done so. Simply forgive. Wrap your forgiveness around you like a cloak of light, a spiritual barrier that protects your happiness and your peace, but closes no one out."

Tell me dear, can you hear anything better today?idea

Immune to medicines.

We joke about my husband’s immune power. He is diabetic. But he doesn’t exercise strict control over his food. Though he is a poor eater, he can’t resist food that is not recommended for diabetics.

The doctors keep changing the medicine and dosage according to his sugar level that poses a challenge to his physician. Now, it seems even their drug guide is shocked at my husband’s resistance to all the medicines. Somehow his body wants newer medicines consistently to combat his blood glucose.

The drug reference guide that I mentioned above is loaded with vital information on more than 3,300 brand and generic drugs and about 600 alternative medicines.

The salient features of this drug reference guide:

Free medical Pocket PC software
Free medical Palm software
Free medical Windows Mobile software

Can you let go of your unhappiness?

Are you in the mood to enjoy a simple and short blog post written by Krishna from Bombay, India?

The title of the blog post is, "Happiness is easy. Its letting go of unhappiness thats hard." I quote her where she has expressed aptly about happiness.
"If we find ourselves laughing with abandon, singing in the shower, or whistling loud enough to be overheard, for some nagging reason we feel we must resume a "serious" state of mind. And yet its happiness that is truly practical and serious. "

If we find ourselves laughing with abandon, singing in the shower, or whistling loud enough to be overheard, for some nagging reason we feel we must resume a "serious" state of mind. And yet its happiness that is truly practical and serious.

How well said by someone young!

We all happily forget (Smile) that our true nature is to be happy at all times. We identify ourselves with other emotions and say that, “It is my nature”. This ignorance and false identification is preventing us from being our true self.

We are not born with so many qualities that build up our character; we pick them up along our trail and we cling onto them too!

While reading her blog post, please don’t forget to read what she says about her in the right sidebar.

Find your mission statement.

Some years before I faced this question: "What is my mission statement?"

Please note that I didn't ask myself, "What is my mission (purpose)". Your mission statement will lead to your purpose of your life.

I didn't have clue to my self analytic question. In 2005, I happen to read the book, "21 days countdown to success" by Chris. J. Witting. It is needless to say that that book led to a totally new life that I am leading today.

In that book, there is an exclusive chapter on mission statement. It says to find out what comes naturally to you and that may be the reason to live. Recognize it as the mission in your life to accomplish.

There, it said it plainly and simply.

What comes naturally to me? I like to communicate, I love it and it is so natural to me. I like to share the profound spiritual messages I read and I have this irresistible urge to pass it on.

Well, that is what I am doing through this blog and that is the purpose of this blog.

I believe that I have a purpose. I am taking maximum advantage of my skills and talents and I am giving them a chance to be, a chance to be useful to others.

What are you focusing on?

Stop reading this post for a moment and observe where is your current focus!

At the end of this blog post?
Looking for a link in the post?
Reading this post rapidly and trying to figure out what I am driving at?

None of the above?

I thought I will give you you a list and ask you to tick whichever is applicable; I decided against it and will come to the point straight away.

Our point of focus can be broadly classified into just two categories:
We either focus on the past or future;
We either focus on the things we want or on the things we don't want.

Please be aware that whatever we focus on expands. Don't ask how! It is the law of Universe. I mean, this is how universe functions. Just as you treat the law of gravity and take it for granted, this law of focus should also be treated as a science and take it for granted.

Where is the proof?
Is that your question?

Do this small exercise and you will see the proof.
For the next 5 minutes, focus on this very law itself-the law of focus which is defined as, "whatever you focus, expands". Let yourself loose on the subject and think wildly or imagine whatever comes to your mind.

After 5 minutes, write down your thoughts and imagination.

What will happen?
Within the next 24 hours or 48 hours, you will definitely come across the same subject somehow. You only need to be alert. You may read it in a web site, come across in an email, somebody might talk to you about it, you may read an article on the subject in a news paper or a magazine or you may even dream about it.

This will happen; no exceptions.

So, after you see the proof, if you consciously focus on your wants and desires, you will experience it in your life experience.

Warning!
This law is rather impartial. So, if you happen to focus on the things you don't want to see in your life, then I am sorry sir, you will experience more of it.

Ripple effect:
Throw a stone on still water and you will see he water circles that are created by your throwing action will keep expanding and will come to you from where you have thrown the stone.

Remote healing is possible.

Of course I never had any doubt about the viability of remote healing-a method by which one can heal anyone's health or financial problem without seeing the person.

Two days before I tried this on a close relative of mine and saw the results in less than twelve hours.

The process is very easy and anyone can try this. But I would advise to follow some important points before trying this.

* Before beginning the process, decide that you are not going to take credit for the outcome.
* Believe that this remote healing works.
* Believe that you too can do this.

The last point is extremely important because if you don't accept it in your mind that you can do this, then this process will not work for you.

The Process:
I am citing the real example of what I did.

My relative is in a deep financial mess. But he was affluent once and I remember how he was then, the way he dressed and moved about, the things he used to buy daily and more.

I focused on this past of him and added more details to my imagination as to how he will be if he gets back to his earlier status, how his business is growing, how all of a sudden his service is sought after from remote corners of India.

At close, I thanked my spirit and let go.

I think I don't have to write about the outcome here in detail but the action did yield the expected results or there were indications that my relative is surely on his way to reclaim his affluent status.

Try this when needed and give me your feedback.
